As a Production Engineer, you will be a key member of the CAB (Corrective Action Boards) team, responsible for failure analysis and implementing corrective actions and process optimizations.
Your responsibilities include:
– Conducting **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and implementing corrective actions – identifying the sources of mechanical issues and preventing recurrence.
– Optimizing production systems – implementing improvements to enhance process efficiency and reliability.
– Quality control and performance monitoring – ensuring high operational standards.
– Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams – working together to drive continuous production improvement.
– Creating and reviewing technical specifications – ensuring compliance with industry standards.
– Applying **Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)** principles – precise design and mechanical analysis.
