Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy defines the principles of storing and accessing information in the user’s devices by means of cookie files (cookies) for the provision of electronic services by Carriere Contracting International Recruitment Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, 53-332 Wrocław, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 7A.1.

Definitions

Administrator – means Carriere Contracting International Recruitment Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, 53-332 Wrocław, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 7A, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000183647, Tax ID No. (NIP): 754-275-77-08 and National Business Registry No. (Regon) 532415172, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information in the user’s devices.

Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files saved and stored on devices with which the user uses the pages of the Website.

Administrator’s Cookies – means cookies placed by the Administrator connected with the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website. Third-party cookies – are cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners using the Website.

Website – means the website whereby the Administrator runs its Internet service, operating in the domain carriere.international

Device – means an electronic device that the User uses to access the Website.

User – means an entity for the benefit of which, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of law, electronic services may be provided or with which an agreement on the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

Types of cookies applied

The cookies used by the Administrator arę safe for the user’s device. In particular, viruses or other unwanted software or malware cannot enter the user’s device via cookies. These files make it possible to identify the software used by the user and enable each user to customise the Website. Cookies generally contain information indicating the name of the domain from which they originate, how long they will be stored on the user’s device and the value assigned to them. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

  • Session cookies – these are stored on the user’s device and remain there until the end of the session of the user’s browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the device’s memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be collected from the user’s device.
  • Persistent cookies – these are stored on the user’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of the user’s browser or turning off the user’s device does not remove them from the user’s device. The user can restrict or disable the access of cookies to their device. If this option is chosen, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functionalities that by their nature require cookies.

Purposes for which cookies are used

The Administrator uses the Administrator’s cookies for analysis and research as well as audience auditing, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help̨ understand how the Website users use the Website’s pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content.
